Mario Timoneda de Francisco

Mario graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid in 2014 and obtained a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the same university in 2015, with and award for special distinction.

He is a practising lawyer and has been a member of the firm since 2015.

Mario has acted as an arbitrator before the Civil and Commercial Arbitration Court of Madrid and the Spanish Court of Arbitration. He also acts as secretary to arbitral tribunals in institutional, national and international arbitrations proceedings. 

He is also a mediator and has been registered in the Registry of Mediators of the Ministry of Justice since 2021, having completed the Specialisation Course in Civil and Commercial Mediation of ISDE Law Business School.
